Biscuit de noel au chocolat et avoine

Servings: 15 to 20 cookies - Preparation : 10 minutes - Cooking : 15 minutes


  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) butter
  • 45 ml (3 tbsp) sugar
  • 250 ml (1 cup) brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 3 ml (1/2 tsp) natural vanilla extract
  • 8 ml (1/2 tbsp) baking powder
  • 250 ml (1 cup) flour
  • 250 ml (1 cup) oatmeal
  • 125 ml (½ cup) Cacao Barry Ocoa chocolate, chopped


  1. Preheat the oven, using the middle rack, to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. In a bowl, using a whisk, mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar.
  3. Add the egg, salt, vanilla, baking powder and then the flour and oatmeal.
  4. Add the chocolate chips.
  5. On a working station, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to ½’’ of thickness.
  6. Using a cookie cutter of your choosing, cut the dough into cookies.
  7. On a baking tray covered with a silicon mat, put the cookies and let cook for 12 to 15 minutes in the oven.
  8. Once cooked, let cool on a cookie rack.
