The pralin feuilletine is a mixture of hazelnut almond praline and feuillantine flakes. A greedy and crunchy preparation ready to use, composed of crêpes dentelle chips, hazelnut-almond praline and a milk chocolate coating.
Use: Inside sweets, mousse, entremets,... Ready to use.
Composition: 23% pure butter feuillantine flakes, 12% hazelnuts, 12% almonds.

Sugar, finely crumbled butter cookie (wheat flour, sugar, concentrated butter 8%, milk sugar, milk proteins, salt, malt extract, raising agent: E500); hazelnuts 12%; almonds 12%; vegetable fat (sunflower); whole milk powder; cocoa butter; cocoa mass; emulsifier: soya lecithin; anhydrous milk fat; natural vanilla flavor.
