Silpat Perfect Cookie Mat

Created by a French baker in 1965, the Silpat nonstick baking mat frees you from parchment paper and greasy coatings. Made from food-grade silicone and reinforced fiberglass mesh, this mat bakes chocolate chip, peanut butter, and spice cookies evenly and releases them effortlessly, without the need to grease kitchen utensils with butter or oil. To use, cover a baking pan or cookie sheet with the mat, place fresh or frozen cookie dough on top, and bake.
