Once you've made your homemade dough with your multi-function food processor, you can roll it into thin sheets with this pasta maker. Designed for ease of use and control, this stainless steel pasta maker is an optional accessory that attaches to the mounting hub of your multi-function food processor. You can create sheets of any thickness using 8 thickness settings. Always start with the widest setting (number 1), then gradually reduce the thickness as you continue to feed the dough. Thick tagliolini, medium dough for lasagna or thin dough for linguine or capellini. You will need to pass the dough through the machine at least three times for each setting, folding it and ironing it. Don't forget to dust it with flour to prevent sticking! Your pasta sheets will be up to 14 cm wide and perfectly smooth and even.
