Our Citrusard syrup has been given a makeover... like a unicorn! Sweet and exotic like the beach, the sea and the south, this syrup is made of amber Quebec honey and 100% pure passion fruit juice. Pear juice is used to achieve the balance of the whole, to which is added colored food flakes made by the Quebec company Spirdust.
For each bottle sold, $0.25 will be donated to Cystic Fibrosis Canada to contribute to the research to eradicate the disease. Choosing our honey syrup means opting for a world without artificial flavours, preservatives or diseases.
TASTE
Both acidic and sweet attack. The floral and pungent notes of honey accompany the exotic passion fruit in the mouth before fading to aromas of lemon peel.
