INTRODUCTION TO BREAD AND BAKERY
If you’re a bread enthousiast, come learn all the steps you must do to make a great bread. We will teach you about the flour to choose, the proper yeast, the baking, the kneading, the rise and the preservation. You get to make a classical white bread, a country bread and a ciabatta. Some food platters will be served as well as two glasses of wine. What’s more? You get to bring back the bread dough you made so you can cook them at home.
