Description

Discover the different types of fish, the criteria of freshness and conservation. With our chef, learn to master the cooking of fish and shellfish and discover different original ways to prepare them. A tasting of what has been prepared, accompanied by two glasses of wine, will conclude this course.

Contents: Shellfish stock / Scallop carpaccio, citrus vinaigrette and arugula salad / Perfect salmon filet, shellfish foam / Crispy shrimp and garlic mayonnaise.
