If you’re a fan of delicatessen and sausage, come learn to make them yourself from A to Z. Finnochiona salami, corned beef, dried duck breast, dried porc filet (Lomo) and porchetta. Our chef will share some of our favorite recipes. Two (2) glasses of wine will be included during the class.
