Use: Molding, coating, mousse, ganache, ice cream, sauce, tablets.
Composition: 38% min. cocoa, 23% min. milk, 38% min. fat.
Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, salt.
