The Dome XL (Gen 2) is Gozney's largest and most versatile outdoor oven ever. With 90% more capacity than the original Dome, it can cook up to three pizzas simultaneously (1 x 18-inch, 2 x 12-inch, or 3 x 10-inch) as well as meats, vegetables, breads, and complete meals.

Assembly required

The Dome XL (Gen 2) comes fully assembled. Due to its size and weight, it is recommended that at least four people be available for unpacking. The provided lifting straps and handles built into the oven will make this operation easier.

Once all the components are unpacked, simply place the Dome XL (Gen 2) on the chosen surface, install the chimney pipe and its cap, and then connect the thermometer controller (see manual for details).

Maintenance and cleaning

• Exterior: bleach-free cleaning spray + warm water and non-abrasive sponge
• Interior: self-cleaning from 350°C, residue burnt in 3 hours
• Final cleaning: soft brush + vacuum cleaner with plastic nozzle
