Your Ooni Cast Iron Grill Pan is suitable for use in conventional ovens, electric, gas, and induction hobs. Be careful when moving it on an induction hob, as sliding on the surface can cause scratches. You can also place the cast iron pan directly over an open flame or barbecue.
