Our day camps invite young chefs to explore the exciting world of cooking. In a fun and supportive environment, your child will discover new flavours, develop their palate, learn fundamental kitchen techniques, and master the safe use of culinary tools.

Throughout the week-long program, campers are guided by our professional chefs, who are experienced in teaching children. In our 100% hands-on activities, they’ll explore new ingredients and spices and be introduced to the cuisines of the world.

Best of all, kids get to enjoy all their delicious creations! They’ll eat what they’ve made for lunch each day and bring home extra treats to share with the whole family.

LEARNING WHILE HAVING FUN

While we cover the fundamentals, our primary focus is on hands-on learning to create a rich sensory experience. Using easy-to-reproduce recipes, our activities explore a variety of modern culinary trends, empowering kids to bring their new skills and creations home to share.

  • Kitchen Math: Practical lessons in measuring, unit conversion, and timing.
  • Food Science: Learning about seasonality, farming, and where our food comes from.

  • World Geography: Discovering ingredients and culinary traditions from around the globe.
  • Teamwork & Social Skills: Collaborating in the kitchen and communicating effectively.
  • Safety First: Proper handling of kitchen tools, heat sources, and safe food storage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

For your convenience, we offer a complimentary before- and after-camp care service. Supervision is available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

La Guilde Culinaire is not responsible for lost or stolen items. To ensure a focused and worry-free experience for all campers, we kindly ask that children do not bring personal valuables such as toys, electronic games, or cell phones to camp.
If your child will be absent or late for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Your cooperation helps us ensure the safety and accurate attendance of all our campers.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ALLERGY POLICY

The health and safety of our campers is our highest priority. To provide a safe environment for everyone, La Guilde Culinaire is a completely nut-free and peanut-free facility. Please ensure that any food brought from home is free from all nuts and peanuts.

For all other allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions, please inform us in detail during registration. We make every effort to adapt our menus and accommodate your child's specific needs.

TAX CREDIT

Our culinary day camps are eligible for the Quebec tax credit for childcare expenses. Eligibility for this credit depends on meeting specific government conditions. Please visit the Revenu Québec website for a full list of requirements.
