Description

When you want to peel, cut or garnish vegetables, the ZWILLING Pro Series vegetable knife is an excellent choice. With a 9 cm long straight through blade, it is suitable for the classic cutting techniques you use when preparing vegetables. It allows you to easily slice tomatoes, dice kohlrabi or thinly julienne carrots. The sharp blade also allows for clean cutting of soft vegetables. Harder vegetables can be cut into small pieces with little effort. You can also cut vegetables into decorative garnishes, whether it's sliced pickles, radish blossoms or baskets of tomatoes.

The knife is distinguished above all by its precision, stability and corrosion resistance. This is guaranteed by the special formula of the ZWILLING steel. The knives are all precision forged in one piece and additionally ice-hardened, which provides the best conditions for a very long-lasting edge. The smooth transition between the blade and the handle offers an excellent grip of the knife. The handle is made of a stable, non-slip synthetic material with three rivets that hold the tang in place. With the ZWILLING vegetable knife, you can prepare delicious vegetable dishes, salads and garnishes quickly and effortlessly.
