Description
This Josef Strauss 6L Lidded Dutch oven with a 24cm base, from the Tango collection, is made of 18/10 stainless steel. It has volume graduations on the inside and has an extra thick cap base for induction. It is suitable for the following types of stoves: vitro, induction, gas and electric.
Care: Before using for the first time, wash your pan in soapy water and dry it immediately. For best results, wash by hand. Never let a pan heat up dry. Before you turn on the heat, make sure there is always some fat or liquid in the bottom of your pan. Always let your pans cool before cleaning them - never dip them in cold water while they are still hot.
