Jura has also developed the Cold Extraction Process, a new and refreshing process, in the literal sense of the word. Cold water is injected through the freshly ground coffee in slow pulses at high pressure. The result is a completely new coffee - refreshing, energizing, with a wonderfully balanced aroma.
This top-of-the-line machine of all superlatives is operated with a 4.3" touch screen that is twice as fast, combined with the Blue Crystal Rotary Switch. The Speciality Selection menu and artificial intelligence make it easy and intuitive to use. The Z10's sculptural design reflects the great technological advances it contains.
