The new range of Barry chocolates is the result of a new fermentation process called "Optimized Fermentation" or "Q-Fermentation". This process allows to obtain beans of an exceptional quality.
This chocolate with an intense cocoa taste reveals a nice balance between bitterness and acidulous notes. It will perfectly match with: Vanilla, Gingerbread, Lime, Mango, Honey, Hazelnuts, Yellow Lemon, Candied Orange, Coconut, Bordeaux, Truffle Oil, Red Meat, Bread, Sourdough Bread, Cardamom, Milk Rice, 'Maydie' Red Wine.
