Designed for any recipe
KitchenAid was the first brand to offer domestic stand mixers with planetary mixing. This means that the shaft rotates in one direction, while the attachment rotates in the other, forming a spiral that reaches at least 59 points of contact around the bowl.
This stand mixer comes with practical accessories for your next creative session. You'll receive a wire whip for aeration, a dough hook for kneading, or a flex edge beater for stickier mixtures. The pastry beater has specially designed horizontal bars for cutting butter, but it also serves as a regular flat beater for mixing and shredding. We've also included a scraper for cleaning it.
Tilt-head models are intuitive and simple. Simply place the bowl in, insert your chosen beater, and lower the head. Choose a speed from 1 for slow stirring, to 6 for beating and creaming, and up to 10 for rapid whipping. It will whip cream in under 60 seconds*.
