The new range of Barry chocolates is the result of a new fermentation process called "Optimized Fermentation" or "Q-Fermentation". This process allows to obtain beans of an exceptional quality.
This 70% dark chocolate with a good cocoa taste and a hint of acidity will go perfectly with : Paprika, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Caramel, Fleur de Sel, Blackcurrant, Pear, Apricot, Scallop, Malt extract, Jamaican Pepper, Cloves.
Ingredients : Cocoa mass 'Q-Fermentation Program), sugar, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. May contain: milk.
