Sherry vinegar 20 years (375ml)

Capirete 20 Reserva is a sherry vinegar of great quality, obtained from the Palomino grape, a typical variety of the Jerez region in Andalusia. This vinegar is elaborated following a traditional method called Criaderas & Soleras as well as the great wines of Jerez. The careful and slow elaboration of this vinegar gives it, not only its inimitable amber color, but also its delicate, fine and rich bouquet of matured vinegar and its light, delicious, specific and unique taste. All exceptional characteristics acquired during long years of aging in oak barrels.
