Giusti's Sweet and Sour White Vinaigrette is born from the gentle pressing of Trebbiano, from which a particularly sweet juice is obtained.
This is then mixed with high quality white wine vinegars, and aged in oak barrels and French ash. This procedure keeps the fruitiest and floral aromas of the grape intact, creating a very sweet sauce thanks to the contrast between the low acidity and the sweet yellow and dried citrus notes.
Fresh and balanced, it is extremely versatile and easy to use.
