Carefully prepared and hand-stirred on Île d’Orléans, it features selected ingredients:
- Cane sugar and glucose
- Fresh cream and fresh butter
- Coffee from Sobab, Limoilou (Qc)
The result: a smooth texture, a taste of old-fashioned caramel enhanced by a hint of coffee that lingers on the palate, without bitterness.
