Care: Before using for the first time, wash your pan in soapy water and dry it immediately. For best results, wash by hand. Never let a pan heat up dry. Before you turn on the heat, make sure there is always some fat or liquid in the bottom of your pan. Always let your pans cool before cleaning them - never soak them in cold water while they are still hot. It's best to use only wooden, heat-resistant nylon or silicone tools.
