This 70% dark chocolate is produced with a blend of fine aroma cocoas from Ecuador and the Dominican Republic. The fruity profile of the Dominican cocoa combines with the roasted notes of the Ecuadorian cocoa, creating a chocolate with slight bitterness and acidity, which finishes with light notes of yellow fruits. This is a versatile chocolate for pastry applications and perfect fluidity for wrappers.
Ingredients
Cocoa liquor from Ecuador and Dominican Republic, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla extract. Possible presence of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, pecans), peanuts, gluten, sesame seeds, milk proteins, egg and soy. This product is produced in a facility that also uses milk.
