In 2013, with limited resources but a twinkle in their eyes, Catherine and Vincent took on the audacious challenge of reinventing jam in their homeland. It was this recipe, born from their courage and passion, that laid the first stone of our reputation.

We were, it seems, the first to dare to incorporate fresh garden herbs with summer berries to create cheese pairings. This boldness quickly crossed borders, even attracting the attention of a famous food critic from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, propelling our little jelly to international stardom.

The Legacy of a Master
This recipe is also a vibrant tribute to our coach at the time, Chef Daniel Bilodeau. It was thanks to his valuable advice and vision that we built the foundations of Atelier Tigidou. Even today, it remains the emblem of our expertise.
