Technical characteristics

This pizza knife features a stainless steel rivet and a heat-treated half-tang blade. Its micro-serration is hand-ground.

X46Cr13 stainless steel is a very high quality component. The Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

Equipped with wooden handle, it is available in olive wood or exotic wood.

Our handcrafted products are made in France. Every step, from design to assembly, is carried out in our cutlery workshop in Thiers.
