This attractive Laguiole sausage knife features micro-toothing. Thanks to these, there's no need to resharpen the blade! It's also easy to cut nice slices.

The personalized sausage knife is engraved with the word “Paris”, the French capital. This inscription confirms the knife's made-in-France image, its traditional look and, above all, its authenticity. Technical features

• The Laguiole personalized sausage knife features a stainless steel rivet and a heat-treated half-silk blade.
• X46Cr13 stainless steel is a very high-grade steel. Rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR, and the micro-toothing is done by hand.
  
• The Laguiole knife is dishwasher-safe, so you can save time washing and use it every day.
• All the knives are made in France. Every step, from knife design to assembly, is carried out in Laguiole own workshop.
