Teapot preparation

• Quantity: 2 teaspoons / 250 ml
• Temperature: 75°C
  
• Infusion time: 4-5 minutes

Traditional Yerba Maté

• Put between 3 to 6 teaspoon of yerba maté into the cup.
• Place the straw in the cup with the filter end among the leaves.
• Pour hot water (75°C) onto the straw and into the cup until it is at least half full.
• Enjoy, being careful as it will be hot, top-up and re-infuse with more hot water throughout the day.
