A unique kitchen utensil, derived from the "Scoop" canoe paddle design, which marked the beginning of the exploration of fluid dynamics in cooking.

• Straight grain and open-finished blade to prevent cracking
• Solid handle thanks to its oval shape
• Long, flat edge sweeps bowls and scrapes walls effectively
• Curved inner rim to fit the shape of the bowls

Allows for gentle beating of mixtures while being strong enough for bread dough . Its narrow shape is ideal for emptying small cans , such as those of tomato paste.

Made from maple wood, known for its natural antibacterial properties.

Recommended maintenance

• Wash with warm soapy water
• Dry immediately with a cotton or linen cloth
• Sharpen the edges if necessary, always in the direction of the grain
• Soften with sandpaper
• Polish with our Wood Polish
