Seaweed Sea Salt Flakes
Inspired by traditional Japanese moshio salt, revisited on the Canadian Pacific coast. Infused with wild seaweed harvested in Tofino and delicately air-dried by our friends at Naas Foods , a 100% Indigenous-owned company. A lively iodized freshness with a subtle umami flavor. Particularly delicious on eggs, grilled fish, poke bowls, roasted vegetables, and dark chocolate.
