How to use the pods?

Split the pod lengthwise with a sharp knife. Scrape the inside of the pod to collect the vanilla seeds. Add the seeds and the pod to the liquid to be infused. Infuse for at least 30 minutes or at boiling point. After infusion, rinse the pod carefully, dry it and mix it with your sugar to obtain a delicious vanilla sugar!
