This preparation is made entirely of natural foie gras and seasoning. Crafted with the utmost care using traditional methods, our foie gras block is imbued with character and tradition, sure to delight all gourmets! Served with port jelly. The perfect combination.

Instructions for use and storage : Refrigerate three hours before serving. Allow to come to room temperature 15-20 minutes before opening to facilitate unmolding. Open both lids and gently push towards the wider end. The product will keep for 3-6 days in the refrigerator after opening.

Recommended accompaniments : Our natural foie gras is delicious with gingerbread or a slice of toast. You can add a sprinkle of fleur de sel or serve it with port jelly.

Wines and spirits : Champagne, sweet white wines such as Sauternes, and ice cider. Our favorite is the ice cider from Domaine des Salamandres in Hemmingford.

Duck Foie Gras Block – 140g : Free-range duck foie gras, water, salt and pepper, spices.

Port jelly – 41ml : Raspberry and redcurrant juice, Sugar, Port, Lemon juice, Water, Pectin.
