The Marcato Atlas 180 pasta machine is the bigger sister of the more commonly used Atlas 150. With this model, you can make large pasta sheets of 18 cm, for lasagna or ravioli.The Atlas pasta machine allows you to roll out dough and make 3 shapes of pasta thanks to the two included pasta cutters: 150 mm wide lasagna, 6.5 mm fettuccine, and 1.5 mm tagliolini.

The precise thickness adjustment, with 10 positions (position 0 / 4.8 mm to position 9 / 0.5 mm), allows you to work each pasta sheet with different thicknesses, and thus adapt to different pasta formats.Using the manual Atlas machine is extremely easy and intuitive; simply turn the crank to operate the rollers. The pasta sheet systematically returns to the center of the roller to obtain a beautiful sheet of dough.

The high-end 100% Italian manufacturing of this pasta machine is reflected in the quality of the materials used. The machine is made of chrome-plated steel; as for the rollers, they are made of anodized aluminum, perfect for food contact. Durable and non-deformable, it guarantees no residue, dust, or transfer of metal or paint into the pasta.

Finally, for cleaning, small resin combs are integrated into each pasta cutter to offer thorough cleaning. You should never put water into your pasta machine or into the rollers.
