Opinel - Paring Knife N°112 Naturel

This paring knife is multi-purpose, it will allow you to slice, mince and peel effortlessly.

The paring knife is available in five colors: Natural, Tangerine, Apple, Eggplant and Azure.

Technical specifications

• Blade length : 10 cm
• MA5 stainless steel: Martensitic stainless steel with high hardness due to the addition of nitrogen (0.15%) and superior corrosion resistance due to a high chromium content (16%).
• Handle : The hornbeam comes from French farms. It is a white wood with little grain, ideal for applying colors without altering them. The handle is varnished to be better protected against humidity and dirt.
• Made in France

It is not recommended to put these knives in the dishwasher. The wooden handle would be damaged.
