The soft crumb of this panettone is topped with pieces of homemade pistachio cremino. Cremino is made from slowly roasted and ground pistachios. The resulting paste is mixed with high-quality white chocolate. The melted pieces give the final product a subtle sweetness while bringing out the aromas and flavors of the pistachio.

Flour (wheat), homemade pistachio creminos (white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract) homemade pistachio paste), Butter 82-84% (milk), Liquid egg yolks, Sugars (fine sugar, Quebec honey), Natural sourdough, Water, Milk, Salt, Cream 35%, Cornstarch, Planifolia vanilla pods from Mexico, Tahitensis vanilla pods from Papua New Guinea.

May contain: Mustard seeds, Soya, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Almonds, Pecans).
