Made from high-quality cordierite, these two stones have been specially designed for use in the Ooni Karu 16 and Karu 2 Pro pizza ovens. And because they have excellent heat retention, you'll find they can maintain the high temperatures needed for exceptional pizza, and heat up quickly so you can keep cooking more.
Keep these stones in reserve so you can replace your current cooking surface as soon as necessary.
You may receive packaging that mentions Karu 16, but please note that this product is also compatible with the Karu 2 Pro.
