Equipped with a thick 1/4" cast iron cooking plate with a lifetime warranty, this gas griddle ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing perfect cooking results every time and easy cleaning thanks to its high edges. The power of its circular cast iron burner allows for a rapid rise in temperature up to 680°F to perfectly sear meats, fish and vegetables.
Easy to use with precise control buttons, the temperature rises very quickly and allows you to prepare delicious meals for everyone.
It is available in stainless steel or steel, to be placed on the trolley of your choice or as an integrated combo on a trolley.
