Crafted from a single piece of professional-grade stainless steel, the rotisserie is incredibly versatile, allowing you to roast chicken, meat, fish, and vegetables to perfection.

It also includes a premium white oak cutting board with drainage grooves designed to collect all the delicious cooking juices, for flavorful sauces.

Ooni roasters are available in two sizes, medium and large. The medium roaster is compatible with 16-inch and 24-inch Ooni ovens and home ovens. The large roaster is compatible with 24-inch Ooni ovens and home ovens.
