Our Marcato pastry wheel comes with 3 different pattern wheels, easily interchangeable in a few steps.

• The smooth wheel, the traditional cutter for clean and precise pasta sheet cutting; it is ideal for creating the base of stuffed pasta or fancy-shaped cookies.
• The narrow zigzag wheel, the perfect cut for creating decorations with the pasta sheet, preparing richly filled lasagna or new pasta shapes.
• The wide zigzag wheel, most commonly used to create tart decorations or savory pappardelle.

The smooth movement of the wheels is ensured by a precision central pivot connected to a chrome-plated steel support.

Its shape is very ergonomic; the handle is made of anodized aluminum, it does not slip from the hands and guarantees a stable grip in all positions.

Do not put the handle of the pastry wheel in the dishwasher, except for the removable wheels.
