Are you on the lemon team? We are too. We love this citrus fruit, but especially our method of making it. We first heat the water and sugar and add the cold-pressed lemon juice at the last moment. Once pasteurized and bottled, the bottles made in small batches of 100L finish their journey, like all our other syrups, in the refrigerator in order to deliver the purest and closest possible product to the cold pressed lemon syrup.
