This robust little plant, native to Quebec (wintergreen), comes from a wild forest harvest. Although it is not related to tea, its English name evokes the cooling effect (wintergreen) that it can bring to different types of inflammation (fevers, joint pain).

When infused, its light and sweet liquor is strongly marked by the essential oil it carries (methyl salicylate) with a pronounced and characteristic taste, recalling its use in muscle care balms.

In the finish, a delicate sweet hint is invigorated by a long, sparkling sensation, reflecting its analgesic and pain-relieving effects!
