Make a simple, homemade iced tea with this delicious blend. Gives 6.5l of tea that will keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.

This caffeine-free refreshing blend creates a perfect balance between the velvety, sweet aromas of rooibos and the tangy flavours of tropical fruits such as mango and coconut. The flavours are enhanced by a subtle presence of turmeric.

A delightful beverage that evokes the heavenly atmosphere of the lagoons of the Pacific archipelagos.

Enjoy it hot or as an iced tea

Cold brew for a cup

• Use 1 tsp (2.5g) of the mixture for 250ml of cold water
• Add sugar to taste (1/2 tsp more or less per 250 ml)
• Leave in the fridge for 10 to 12 hours then filter

Hot preparation

• Use 2 tsp (5g) per 250ml of boiling water
• Add sugar to taste (1/2 tsp more or less per 250 ml)
• Infuse for 5 minutes, filter, pour into a cup filled with ice (250 ml)
