Transglutaminase GS is a white, flavorless powder, an enzyme used to bind various types of proteins. The GS version can bind larger proteins. Water must be added to form a liquid paste before use. It should not be sprinkled in powder form. (Activa GS)

Ingredients : transglutaminase, maltodextrin, sodium chloride, gelatin, trisodium phosphate, sunflower oil.

Dosage: 0.5 to 1%
