Description
The Silikomart Starlight Log Mould Kit will allow you to make delicious cold logs (bavarois, entremet) or frozen logs in 3D with the rigid plastic log tray.
The Starlight log kit is sold with 2 platinum silicone mats, 1 mat with smooth texture and 1 mat with embossed star prints.
The removable silicone mats are placed in the bottom of the mold, against the sides, so that your log is covered with a star pattern or is smooth and even. You can choose to put the smooth mat if you want to cover your log later, with a velvet spray, a butter cream, a whipped cream...
The kit also contains a recipe.
