EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

The Culinary Guild accepts orders only from North America. Any order to be shipped outside of North America is considered an international order. Unfortunately, we do not process this type of order at this time.

Prices shown are exclusive of tax. Sales taxes may apply to your order, depending on where you live.

1. Orders shipped to Quebec (Canada): The 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies, as well as the 9.975% Quebec Sales Tax (QST) for all orders shipped to an address in Quebec. (Except for items where taxes do not apply)

2. Orders shipped to other Canadian provinces: Only the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies, except in New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Ontario, where the tax rate is 13%; Prince Edward Island, where the tax rate is 14%; and Nova Scotia, where the tax rate is 15%.

3. Orders shipped to the United States: Orders shipped to an address in the United States are not subject to tax.

4. Orders shipped to other parts of the world: This category includes all orders to be shipped outside the North American continent. For shipping costs, please contact us by email at info@laguildeculinaire.com or by phone at (514) 750-6050.

CORRECTION OF ERRORS OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We strive to avoid errors. How we correct errors varies depending on the type of error. For example, if a product description is incorrect, we correct it.

In general, please be aware that the price and availability of a product may change without notice. When an error is found, we correct it. La Guilde Culinaire reserves the right to cancel an offer and correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, even after an order has been placed, and even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, La Guilde Culinaire will refund you by crediting your credit card for the amount charged. It is up to your bank’s policies to determine when your account will be credited with this amount.
