Since 1846, the Rummo family has been carrying on an artisanal tradition in Benevento, in the heart of Campania, passed down from generation to generation to produce some of the finest Italian pasta. The entire production process is based on an exclusive method, the “Lenta Lavorazione” (“slow processing”), which involves taking the time necessary to fully bring out the quality of the wheat and enhance the pasta’s texture.

The Rummo collection features a wide range of classic semolina pastas, whole-grain and organic pastas, gluten-free pastas, egg pastas, legume pastas, as well as semolina nests and potato gnocchi. It also includes sauces and pestos to accompany these pastas, and a professional line designed for restaurateurs.
