The Trio Fusion Box is a classic of our range. The flavours go particularly well with Asian cuisine. It is composed of Black Garlic, Ginger and Lime (sharpener included).
Pairings with the flavours of the Fusion Box:
- The Black Garlic Crayon is full bodied, extremely flavorful and has a pronounced umami / soy taste. It is very popular in Japanese cuisine. It perfectly replaces the soy sauce that goes with sushi. We sprinkle shavings on poké bowl, Asian soups or sashimi. It can also be added to good red meat, strong cheeses such as aged cheddar or cream dishes such as parmesan risotto. It is the perfect condiment that gives punch to your plates.
- The Ginger Crayon is fresh, lively and leaves a spicy note at the end.Again, it is ideal with a sushi platter because it is a great substitute for pickled ginger. It gives this lively side to sautéed vegetables, soups or fish tartars. You can also have fun adding a few shavings to your favorite cocktail. A nice pairing to make with Vodka (ex: Moscow Mule).
- The Lime Crayon is very versatile, one of our favorite flavours in the team. It is perfect for adding a tangy note to Mexican dishes. The taste of your tacos, burritos or your guacamole is enhanced by a few shavings of lime. Why not add it to a granola with fresh fruit and yogurt. It's amazing but absolutely delicious. It is also a very good condiment for cooked fish and tartars. Finally, very interesting to sprinkle over your favorite cocktails.

HOW IT WORKS
Sharpen some shavings on your plates, over your desserts or drinks as you serve.
How many shavings:
5 to 10 shavings per plates. 1 or 2 shavings per bite size serving or on adrink.
1 crayon weighs 18 g = 120 chips. It is used for 3 meals for 4 people.
Shelf life and preservation:
Food Crayon lasts up to 12 months. Once open keep them in their tube in the fridge.
