Description
Raw honey is unique for its rich taste. Pure, unheated, unfiltered, it retains its medicinal properties (maintains a high content of enzymes and minerals) with the presence of beeswax, pollen and propolis.
There's no best-before date for honey. We recommend eating it within the first 2 years for maximum flavor and benefits! On the other hand, all natural honey will eventually crystallize, more or less rapidly depending on the floral sources from which it comes. We keep it at room temperature to avoid accelerating crystallization, which usually takes several weeks.
