Description

Live a unique experience with one of our sommelier Alex Trudeau! This course is an initiation to wine tasting. You will be able to discover, recognize and taste 6 different wines from a respectful agriculture mode (Reasoned / Organic / Biodynamic). The sommelier is also there to answer your questions.

  • Learning about the different techniques of wine making (Natural Sparkling / Maceration Wines / Rosé Wines / Carbonic Fermentation Wines)
  • Discovery of the world of wines without inputs or sulfites called "natural wines
  • Tasting of wines from private imports

Courtesy trays will be offered to you during your course (does not constitute a meal).
