With the help of our chef, learn to create asian flavored dumplings, lion head balls, shrimp dim sum, Pekinese dim sum, Char Siu pork, har gau dim sum and peanut sauce. Starting with the 3 basic dumpling dough, you will learn notions that will allow you to create out of this world diner cocktails. The bites will be accompanied by 2 glasses of wine.
