Gianduja is a semi-solid cream that can easily be cut into delicious bite-sized confections or coated in chocolate.
After softening, it can even be used as a piping bag filling for molded candies, shells or chocolate bars. Once melted, it provides a perfect base for flavoring ice creams and pastry fillings such as mousses, bavarois or creams. It also works wonders in flavoring desserts such as sabayons, moelleux and others.
